About the Invacare Birdie Handset

The Invacare Birdie Compact is an ideal hoist for confined environments. The Birdie Compact has a folding design so it can be stored in small areas, without taking up much room. The hoist can also be dismantled into two parts, making transportation easier. Patients can be lifted comfortably from chairs, beds and even the floor with the Birdie Compact. The Birdie Compact has a SWL (Safe Working Load) of 150 kg and a lifting range from 540-1610mm.
